Terms of Service

By booking through kyō·tabi you enter a contract directly with the activity operator listed in your e-voucher. We act as an agent facilitating the booking via Klook.

Cancellation: each activity carries its own cancellation policy, shown on the detail page before you book. We follow Klook's policy enforcement.

Refunds: when an activity is cancellable and you cancel within the allowed window, the refund is credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Force majeure: typhoons, earthquakes, and other natural events may force operators to cancel. In those cases we follow each operator's rebooking + refund policy as relayed through Klook.
