When you book a tour, ticket, or transfer through kyō·tabi we collect the contact + traveler details Klook requires to issue the booking — name, email, mobile number, and (when the supplier requires it) ID information.

We share this data with Klook (klktech.com) for the sole purpose of fulfilling your booking. We do not sell it to advertisers or use it for marketing without your consent.

We retain order data for 7 years to comply with Japanese accounting regulations, then delete it. Voucher attachments are deleted after the activity participation date passes.

Cookies: we use only essential session cookies. No tracking pixels, no third-party analytics.
